I saw the new marvel legends Walmart wave.. They had like 3 Thor figures left.
...actually, I was lucky enow to score two Thors, although I would like a third...for the hoard you know...my preciouseseses..uh...ses. So much nicer than the previous effort, although mildly small...still, taller than most of the Avengers they have yet produced, so all is well. But alas! I've not seen any others save for Sabretooth and Ant Man. Bah. Fucking Wal-Mart.
Neither have I. I had been looking for a Kiddy Pride to go with Colossus (and the fact the Misses would like her) and have yet to see one.
...to be filed under "will wonders never cease", I actually found Katherine and Warbird this very day--but only one of each. Still, that's fine. I have them. I also saw one, single short-haired Sentry, and passed. He is but a shadow of an Avenger, and a reminder of all that has gone terribly, terribly wrong with that book--and Marvel as a whole.
...but I digress.
Kitty is very nice, kinda tiny, thanks to having the movie Invisible Woman's body (mostly), but it fits the character, as she is so petite. IMHO, she has easily the best female facial sculpt of any ML thus far, and she's almost completely in proportion. Excellent. Lockheed rocks, but lacks any articulation at all and is made of soft plastic, so will do doubt sag in this cursed desert heat. Anyway, they do exist, so keep looking--and if I come across another I will gladly share.
I still have not physically seen a Captain Britain, AOA Wolvie or Havok, so I can neither confirm nor deny whether or not they even exist. Sometimes I do wonder about these things.

Bro, I tried, I really did. I circled that entire fucking toy section a half-dozen times (its such a damned mess at the particular Wal-Mart I went to, its worth checking). Not a fucking one. I honestly am amazed I found the gals but none of the others. Still, I will be running errands on the 'morrow, and will check at least one of the other W-Ms while I am at it.
I honestly cannot believe my luck in finding a Kitty! O_O It can only mean something horrific is about to happen to me (karma, you know)...
Yeah, Wolvie will probably be hardest to find, in both versions.. It sucks for people who want Giant man too, cause you have to get the variant wolverine for one of his pieces to make him complete.

Anyway, yeah, the Giant Man situation sucks. I'd love to have one, but I don't think its gonna happen. Maybe I'll search eBay for parts sometime in the future...
